How do I find upcoming events?
We will always advertise our events on our website at least 4 months prior to the event. You can also subscribe to our email distribution list by contacting us via our website contact form.
Do you organise events on behalf of others?
Yes we do. We can arrange/plan events ranging from private functions to large spectator events. Please contact us for more information and quotes.
How do I purchase tickets?
We will sell tickets via our in-house ticket office, both online and on the phone. We will publish the opening times for each events' advanced ticket sales at least 3 months prior to the event.
Do you charge booking fees and/or credit card charges?
Our usual booking fee is a standard £2 per order (not per ticket). At present we do not charge extra for credit cards but we ask that, where possible, you kindly use a debit card rather than a credit card.
How do I find out about your previous events and can I obtain references about your organisation?
You can browse our past events on our website. You are welcome to contact us to obtain references regarding our company.
Did Synergy Events Ltd used to run the Biggin Hill Air Fair?
The company that used to run the Biggin Hill International Air Fair was called Air Displays International Ltd. Colin Hitchins was the Chief Executive and Fran Hitchins was the Events Organiser for many years. Along with Squadron Leader Andy pawsey, they have gone on to form Synergy Events Ltd to stage more events each year with different formats and themes.
