  1. What time do the gates open and the concert start?
    Gates will open at 15:30. The event starts at 18:15 and will finish at approximately 20:45.
  2. Where do I park?
    Follow signs for the concert. Special parking arrangements have been made for general ticket holders. Chartwell VIPs should follow signs for the Visitors' Car Park.
  3. Are there disabled facilities?
    Yes. Follow signs for concert, the front of the car park will be reserved. There will be a reserved area on the flattest part of the field, together with disabled toilets, but please be advised all paths are grass and some of the grounds are sloping. We do not provide seating. All these facilities are for blue badge holders only.
  4. Can I bring my dog?
    No dogs/pets allowed in the grounds, except dogs for the disabled. Please also be aware there will be loud pyrotechnic explosions during the event.
  5. Can I bring my BBQ?
    BBQs and fires are NOT permitted.
  6. Can I bring my gazebo?
    No, the ground is unsuitable for gazebos.
  7. Are there any price concessions?
    Babies under 18 months go free, all other ages at standard price, however this event is not really suitable for young children. There are discounts available for group bookings, please see the tickets information page for further details.
  8. Can I bring my own seat?
    Yes you can.
  9. Can I bring bottles/glass?
    Yes you can but we do ask you take any litter away with you or please use the bins provided.
  10. Will I need a torch?
    We will light the paths to the car park, but additional light may be useful.
  11. Can I obtain a refund?
    Once purchased no refunds will be offered.
  12. Is there overnight parking?
    No, the car park will be in use the following day.
  13. Can I bring my own food and drink?
    You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, please make sure you use the bins provided for litter.
  14. Will food and drink be on sale?
    Yes, you will be able to purchase hot and cold food as well as ice creams. A bar will be available serving beer, wine and soft drinks only.
  15. What camera/recording equipment will be permitted?
    You are permitted to bring any type of camera or recording equipment with you providing it is not used for professional purposes. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
  16. Can we bring tents or gazebos?
    No, anything that may interfere with other people's view of the concert is not permitted, including tents, gazebos and large parasols.
  17. What things shall I bring with me?
    It would be sensible to prepare for all types of weather. We recommend that you bring sun cream and umbrellas as well as a warm jacket, as the sun sets in the evening it could get a little chilly.
  18. When will I receive my tickets?
    You will receive a voucher approximately 4-6 weeks before the event which you will need to bring with you on the day to exchange for wristbands to gain entry into the concert.
  19. What do I do with my rubbish?
    We will be issuing bags for your rubbish upon arrival, there will be a waste drop off point at the exits but we would ask that where possible kindly take home your recylable waste.
