Ordering
Tickets will be available online and through our ticket office from 6th April 2010 to 3rd September 2010 (subject to availability because ticket numbers are limited).
The quickest and easiest way to order Chartwell Concert tickets is through our fast and secure Online Ticket Office at any time, day or night. Alternatively you can call 01959 57 22 77 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Any orders received after 5pm on Wednesday 1st September will NOT be posted out. Instead please print out your email receipt from Synergy Events (not your VoicePay confirmation) and bring this and your credit/debit card that you paid with, on the day. Please show your email print out and credit/debit card to the gate staff who will issue you with wristbands.
If you are unable to receive/print emails then please phone 01959 57 22 77 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Ticket Prices
Entrance tickets are priced at £32.00 per person.
We are also offering a luxury hospitality package called 'The Terrace Suite' for £185 + VAT per person which can be booked by calling 01959 57 22 77.
Group Travel
Coach parties (10 or more adults traveling by coach/minibus - drop off and pickup only, there is no coach parking at the venue) will be eligible for a 10% discount. Please contact us for an application form.

Important Ticket Information
- There is a £2.00 booking fee on every order.
- Tickets are only available in advance.
- There are a limited number of tickets so book early to avoid disappointment.
- You'll be issued with a voucher to be exchanged for wristbands on the day.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- This event is not suitable for young children.
